Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We can ship your purchases through many of the major US shipping companies.  When products come from inventory your package will ship in 1 to 2 business days. Most products, however, are made specific for your order with typical processing times of 3 to 5 business days, but often much quicker.

Please note: Our default shipping is FedEx GroundFaster shipping methods only expedite transit time of your package once it is picked up by the carrier (ie. not order processing/manufacturing). If you would like expedited order processing please contact Casterm Plastics Customer Service directly at: 888-815-8749

• FedEx Ground is our default service. Our volume discounts with FedEx allow us to provide you will very low shipping rates.
At checkout you may select quicker FedEx shipping services (see note above).

• USPS is available by special request OR if we determine conditions (package size, destination, etc) provide for significantly better rates.

• UPS is available by special request

Return Policy

Most of our products are made for your specific order to your specifications so you receive exactly what you need and we only inventory a few standard products. So, while our official policy is "all sales are final" our goal is to make every customer a raving fan of ChanCam! To that end we will listen and do everything reasonable to keep you as a raving fan.

Some Considerations:

• Defective items we will promptly replaced at our expense (including shipping)

• If we sent the wrong product (SKU), we will promptly correct our mistake at our expense (including shipping)

• Most products are made specifically/custom for your order and we do not inventory many products so we request a customary 25% "restocking" fee for returned items that don't fall into the "defective" or "wrong product" categories above.  Customer pays shipping for returns.

• All returns must be pre-authorized by Casterm Plastics Customer Service
